Notification of intent to rent the stages from the Milwaukee Feis Society (MFS) should occur a minimum of 90 days prior to your event (that minimum can be negotiated for special circumstances) by completing the Milwaukee Feis Society Stage Rental Inquiry Google Form.

Once this information is received, MFS will verify that the stages are available; a Stage Rental Contract and the Stage Rental Procedures will be sent to the rental contact person listed on the Rental Inquiry form. The contract should be completed and returned a minimum of 60 days prior to your event  (this too, can be negotiated for special circumstances).

Once the signed contract is received, the MFS Stage Coordinator will contact the rental contact person, the set-up contact person, and the take-down contact person listed on the contract to discuss the expectations and responsibilities. The MFS Stage Coordinator will also contact the trucking company to set up delivery and pick up of the stage trailer as well as contact the feis venue to coordinate the drop off location of the stage trailer and parking requirements.

Once MFS gets the truck from the truck company, MFS will take inventory and record the condition of the trailer.
